This Terms of delivery and collection determine the conditions for fulfilling orders for products purchased in our online store. These conditions refer to the general terms and conditions of business, which are a key part of the online purchase agreement, and the customer agrees with them.

When paying on our webshop, use CorvusPay – an advanced system for secure payment card acceptance via the Internet.
CorvusPay ensures the complete secrecy of your card data from the moment you enter it in the CorvusPay payment form. Payment data is transmitted encrypted from your web browser to the bank that issued your card. Our store never comes into contact with complete information about your payment card. Also, the data is inaccessible even to employees of the CorvusPay system. An isolated core independently transfers and manages sensitive data, keeping it completely secure.
The form for entering payment data is secured with an SSL transport code of the highest reliability. All stored data is additionally protected by encryption, using a cryptographic device certified according to the FIPS 140-2 Level 3 standard. CorvusPay meets all the requirements related to the security of online payments prescribed by the leading card brands, that is, it operates in accordance with the norm – PCI DSS Level 1 – the highest security standard of the payment card industry. When paying with cards included in the 3-D Secure program, in addition to the validity of the card itself, your bank also confirms your identity using a token or password.
Corvus Info considers all collected information as bank secret and treats it accordingly. The information is used exclusively for the purposes for which it is intended. Your sensitive data is completely safe, and its privacy is guaranteed by the most modern protection mechanisms. Only data necessary for the performance of work are collected in accordance with the prescribed demanding procedures for online payment.
The security controls and operational procedures applied to our infrastructure ensure the immediate reliability of the CorvusPay system. In addition, by maintaining strict access control, regular security monitoring and in-depth checks to prevent network vulnerabilities, and planned implementation of provisions on information security, they permanently maintain and improve the level of system security by protecting your card data.
DELIVERY AND PERSONAL COLLECTION
Items are usually shipped the day after online order confirmation or as soon as possible. After shipping the item, we send a notification to the customer.
Our shipping service delivers most packages within a few business days of shipping notification. The customer can check the status of the order in his user account in our online store.
We inform customers via e-mail about possible longer delivery times or unavailable items. In case the customer is not satisfied with the longer delivery time, the customer can inform us, and we will remove the item from the order or replace it with another one.
We reserve the right to split the order into several shipments due to different availability conditions of the items in the order. We can send the ordered items all at once or partially, in which case we will deliver them in several shipments. For partial delivery, we will send you the items that are in stock immediately, and the rest as soon as they are available. In any case, we will only charge the shipping costs once.
If you choose the payment method of payments to a bank account, the delivery may be delayed, because the order is processed only after the payment is received in our bank account, and not after the confirmation of the order.
Shipping costs may depend on the size and weight of the package, as well as the value of the order. The price of delivery within the city of Zadar is HRK 20. The price of DPD delivery is HRK 50 within the city of Zadar and the Republic of Croatia. For orders over HRK 380, delivery is free.
You will be informed about the delivery cost for your order during the order submission process in our online store.
Delivery is made by our partner DPD, and a tracking number is provided after shipment.

It is also possible to pick up purchased items in person. Collection is possible every working day from Monday to Friday, between 9 a.m. and 5 p.m. Purchased items are waiting for collection for a maximum of 30 days from the notification of the order being ready for collection. RETURN POLICY
A customer who orders products from the Brlog online store, available at www.brlog.hr (hereinafter: the website), may decide to withdraw from the purchase contract for any reason by notifying the seller Brlog coop brewery by regular mail or e-mail: info@brlogpivovara.hr
to withdraw from the contract, no later than 14 days after receiving the product (aka “cancellation period”). In case of withdrawal within 14 days of receipt, the buyer is not obliged to state a reason for withdrawal.
Then, within 14 days of the application, the goods must be sent in the same quantity and undamaged to the seller at the following address:

Even if the goods are returned within 14 days of receiving the goods, this will be considered as a notice of cancellation of the purchase. We return all payments made to the customer within 14 days of receiving the message and without the customer’s request.
The buyer must clearly inform the seller about withdrawing from the contract. The declaration of withdrawal must be sent within the deadline set for withdrawal (14 days from receipt of the product). A message is considered timely if the shipment is delivered on time.
The cost of returning the goods is borne by the buyer. Returned goods must be unused, undamaged and in the original packaging. The buyer must attach a copy of the invoice to the return shipment.
The buyer can submit a complaint to the seller about the purchased products if the products do not have the properties presented by the seller, if the seller sent the wrong products, in the wrong quantity, color or otherwise different from the buyer’s order. In this way, the customer can complain about the products within 14 days of purchase and request a replacement for the same, flawless item or within the legal term and under the conditions for submitting a claim for errors.
In the event of a complaint, the customer may, in accordance with legal restrictions, request the replacement of items, their repair or a refund. In the latter case, the seller reserves the right to collect rent according to the current price list for the period in which the goods were used by the buyer, but not more than the market value reduced during use and for the use of the item.
The buyer can return the advertised goods in person or by mail depending on the agreement with the seller. There is no way to return it at our expense. We do not accept ransom shipments.
In the event that the package is physically damaged, shows signs of being opened and has no contents, the customer must initiate a complaint procedure with the delivery service used to deliver his goods.
If the customer sends us information about the incident, we will explain the further complaint procedure with the delivery service. To report damage, it is necessary to keep the original packaging and protection (the package is in the same condition as you received it without any additions, removals or changes), and then prepare a record of the damaged shipment with the delivery service.
An invoice is also required for a complaint. Together with the delivery service, we will make sure that the complaint is resolved in the shortest possible time.

If the package was sent by post or delivery service, you must request and complete the damaged package document along with them.
We recommend that you use a delivery service that allows you to track the shipment and prepare the goods in a proper way for transport (secure packaging).
Shipping costs are borne by the sender, unless otherwise agreed. We do not accept ransom shipments.
If you want to use the warranty, the products will be repaired faster if you use the warranty directly from the manufacturer or authorized service.
