Idaho 7 pils – brewed in winter but smells like summer!

Brewed with the finest ingredients and a unique blend of hops and malts, we believe that pilsner is a perfect drink for easy-going summer days here in Zadar.
Idaho 7 pils got its name because the key ingredient in our pilsner is the Idaho 7 hops, which provide a distinct and fruity flavor profile.

This hop variety is known for its citrusy and tropical notes, with hints of apricot, papaya, and red berries. Combined with the high-quality malts used in our brewing process result is a crisp and refreshing pilsner with a subtle but flavorful character that’s perfect for any occasion.

Idaho 7 pils is the third and the last beer from our pilsner series of craft beers we brewed this winter. Be sure to check out all three craft lagers in our beer boxes.

And where better to enjoy it than in our taproom? It is the perfect spot to enjoy a glass of local beer, surrounded by the sights and sounds of the town. With its cosy, inviting and laid-back atmosphere, we believe it’s a place where locals and visitors can come together and share a love for great beer in great company.

And for local beer it’s only appropriate to have local label design! Idaho 7 label is made by fellow worker and coop member Roberto Vodanović – Čopor. A lot of love and effort goes into art made by Čopor, and we greatly appreciate that he made the label for us. If you want to check it out be sure to visit his social media.
