We are a small craft brewery producing beer in Zadar since 2016. The story started from
hobbies, crowdfunding and crowdinvesting to a team of 6 to 10 people and about 130,000 liters
of beer sold in 2023. We function as a cooperative with over 130 small investors (i.e. members
of the cooperative).
We produce bottled beers for Croatian cafes, restaurants and retail, and draught beer that is
mostly sold in our tasting room at the brewery. In addition to our 3 core beers, we also regularly
brew limited edition recipes. The brewhouse has a capacity of 1000 liters, and the filling line is
counter pressure Maheen with six heads and a capacity of about 700 liters per hour.
If you are a beer professional, you have experience in all production processes and you are
looking for a place to show your skills … This is the place for you.
