Hoppy red ale, 5% alc., 28 IBU. Dry-hopped. No preservatives. Unfiltered. Very hoppy beer that is unusually drinkable (emphasis on unusual because this recipe is a real rebel from everything expected).
Pairing: with red meat, mature cheeses, prosciutto and cold cuts, liver pate, burgers, etc.
Dominant flavours: top notes of meadow and flowers, middle body. Rye, hops, a spicy combination of grassy and malty flavours.
