Beauty is sometimes packed in simple things.
It’s like when you have worn your old clothes for a long time, you don’t really shock anyone with your outfit, but you shine wearing it. It’s the product of the calm winter conversations between our Polish brewing duo. They complemented the full body of this amber ale with caramel malts and notorious American hops Centennial, Cascade, Columbus, dry-hopped with Mandarin Bavaria hop.
Soft, gentle, moderately hopped amber ale. For those that like complexity, but without heavy loads for the palate. Fruity aromas, delicate caramel and rounded bitterness make this one very drinkable.
