Small batch #20: Cardinal Pils, 0,5L 5% alc.

Winter is here. It’s cold, slow and less ‘peoply’.. There’s nothing more exiting than waiting for beer to mature, right? We waited for quite some time now for this new lager. It’s made with cardinal hops, and Lalbrew novalager yeast. With this combination we’ve got a perfect match between nice floral / fruity hoppy notes and crispy bready taste of malt.
