Sour beer with fennel and a grain of salt! Inspired by Gose beer style – a traditional and somewhat neglected style of beer that is excellent for the summertime heat.

It has its roots in the German town of Goslar and usually contains unusual addons such as herbs and salt. Although it was originally produced by spontaneous fermentation, today it is produced with the addition of sweet (actually sour) little bacteria!
In addition to plenty of wheat malt, the special ingredients of our version of the famous Gose are: fennel,picked by our hands from the Zadar area, Nin sea salt and coriander. Ergo – Ninska Gose!

Designed for fast drinking, everything inside is just right and very balanced, it glides easily and carefree!

Ingredients: water, barley and wheat malt, fennel, hops, coriander, yeast, sea salt, lactic acid bacteria.
