Small batch # 12: VIENNA LAGER, 5.5% alc. As the Viennese school says: a clear lager of light copper colour!

The team from the brewery used the winter to store (a.k.a. mature) several different lagers. This is another traditional style of beer. A lager with typical Vienna malt, which is more caramelized than pilsner, hence the pleasant caramel and fruity taste. 0.5L

The aromas are very gentle and refreshing, but with a well-formed body. You can feel the caramel and crust of bread with a gentle reminder of white wines and black currants. German hops of the new wave – Hallertau blanc were used, which leaves a harmonious mild bitterness.
