Our beer

All our beers are completely natural, unfiltered and unpasteurised, with no preservatives. We brew them in Zadar, as a cooperative, every week.

Majstorica: specials

Majstorica (Eng. master artisan) is a limited edition, beers made for the joy of beer makers. These are our favorites!

Majstorica Ninska Gose: a fennel sour! A beer we adore, but it’s not always available.

Available from summer on!

A 4% ABV sour beer that repeats each year! Our all time favorite sour, we count down days to see it again.. It’s the one to save a hot summer’s day. Contains manually harvested fennel from the fields nearby and a pinch of Nin salt and coriander.

It’s halfway between lemonade and beer. Not sweet, not even very sour, just perfect.

A sweet treat awarded with a silver medal at CEBC in Budapest. We met the team from Maraska, tasted each other’s products together and made a deal to use a by-product of their famous Maraschino to infuse into the beer. The rest is history.

We had fun and worked hard with the infusion of cherry pits and leftovers… But it was worth it for the new local collaborations, friendships, and impressive flavors.

Polish delight, a true charmer!

Our former brewer Lukasz from Poland crafted the first recipe, and we continue to brew it. We love this beer because it reminds us of the good times at the brewery and the team-building moments.

A rich, sweet, and complex beer with slightly liqueur-like aromas of chocolate truffles, dried fruit, and caramel… It also served as a base for our collaboration with Maraska.
