Welcome to Brlog brewery, we make craft beer in Zadar!

Independent and socially engaged cooperative brewery, owned by coop members –  a place for networking, culture, high quality food and drinks. 

We want to learn about beer and social entrepreneurship so we can implement ideas and projects that are in line with our values.

It’s a big step, but we can do it, because #passion is on our side, as well as optimism, stubbornness, patience and perfectionism, and of course, youth. A little bit of everything!

There are lots of stories about us here, but first, let’s have a beer!

We have 3 beers which are permanent fixtures on the menu,  in the “female rebel” line, plus a whole range of diverse experiments available as limited editions in our “small batch line”..

Our favourites,  Blonde (aka Plavuša), Disobedient (aka Nepolušna) and Visionary (aka Špurija) are always available, and you can take a look at what we’ve done so far in our small batch line!
