While Session IPA, what can we say – a session with a lot of hops! So these are specialties for feasting, for gifts, for the soul and for thirst. It’s amazing how many people who swore they would never dream of liking sour – we still got them hooked and still some magic happens there.

This package contains:

3x Ninska gose – Refreshing sour ale beer with hand-picked fennel from the Zadar area, Nin salt, coriander seeds and a stronger dose of wheat malt and with lactic acid bacteria.

3x Session IPA – Chinook– The third in a series of SIPA beers in which we will alternate malts and hops to try all the combinations we have in mind. This batch is hopped with Chinook, an American aroma-boosting hop.
