We’re looking for a BREWER who isn’t just seeking a job, but an opportunity to leave their mark.
It’s an open call for a motivated individual who wants to build a long-term career in the brewing industry. Someone who is technologically savvy, with formal education in food technology or related fields—or someone with experience in the food industry who’s ready to transition into brewing.
WHO ARE WE?
We’re Brlog, a cooperative brewery based in Zadar. Small but ambitious, we produce over 100,000L annually and run a taproom known for the best beer selection in town, buzzing with locals. Our core team consists of six young, positive people. As a registered cooperative, we’re backed by over 130 members who invested in our vision for Zadar and brewing. Their support helped us acquire professional equipment and launch our taproom.
We believe in quality, innovation, and teamwork. Our slogan is “Crafted by stubbornness,” and trust and optimism are what make us stand out.
