How can I know when my shipment will arrive and how can I track it?

Our partner DPD delivers packages within two working days, the possibility of various extraordinary situations that could affect your package not arriving on time must be taken into account. Because we cannot absolutely guarantee on-time delivery, we do not offer a timed delivery option.

As soon as we order your package to be picked up by our partner DPD, you will receive a notification by email from the billing address with the package number with which you can track your order at:

How much is the shipping cost?

Delivery to Zadar (postal code 23000) is HRK 20, for the rest of the Republic of Croatia, delivery by DPD is HRK 50, and parcel delivery over HRK 380 is free. For the distribution of pallets and larger quantities, it is necessary to contact info@brlogpivovara.hr.

How to return a package that arrived damaged?

If upon receiving the package you find that the contents are damaged, be sure to take a picture of the damage and send it to us at info@brlopivovara.hr. Please note that damage must be reported immediately so that our contracted carrier can respond.

 

I WANT TO SEND A PACKAGE OF BEER AS A GIFT, HOW CAN I BE SURE THAT IT WILL NOT COME WITH A BILL?

We send all invoices exclusively via email address.

Which package do you suggest as a gift for a total beer lover?

We always recommend starting with the classics, so we usually offer a go to combination of 15 Plavuša + 5 small batch or special edition beers to try a little more extravagant flavors.

Can I pick up my order in person?

Yes! Beer can be picked up at the brewery at Andrije Hebranga 6 Zadar. be sure to check working hours on our Google My Bussiness profile.

I am interested in a product that is no longer in stock, how can I order it?

Very often we offer seasonal beers that we produce in small quantities, if you send us an inquiry we will let you know when we have it again.

I want to personalize my order, do you offer this service?

Of course! In fact, we support every initiative. We already offer options for personalization in the web shop itself, and in case you have an idea that is not listed, contact us at info@brlogpivovara.hr and we will do our best to achieve it.

We can also add a handwritten message/congratulation to the package. Send us a text or hints about a person and/or occasion and we will create a text for you.

Do you offer B2B cooperation?

If you are interested in cooperation, contact us at info@brlogpivovara.hr and join the many cafes/restaurants/retail locations that stock our beer.

Can we come on a tour of the brewery?

Yes! We like people to be interested in our work and we are happy to show you around the plant, we offer organized tours with and without lectures. It is necessary to register in advance at info@brlogpivovara.hr

I want to order a mystery box, but I don't want it to contain one type of beer, is it possible to indicate that somewhere?

Absolutely! Leave us your wishes in the note when ordering, we will always do our best to fulfill them, and if we are unable to, we will get back to you as soon as possible to find the perfect solution for you.

I finished my order and now I want to change something, can I and how?

Of course! Contact us by email info@brlogpivovara.hr and our service will help you correct your order. Care should be taken to ensure that the correction is as quick as possible, because we are working hard to ship it as soon as possible.

I want to order a very large quantity, is it possible and how?

It’s possible. Send us an inquiry with your request at info@brlogpivovara.hr and we will send you an offer.
